Like you I am fantastic. I am dust of the stars, and I am trying to make an impact, so that the universe don´t forget that, and especially so I don´t forget it myself.
The last mentioned can be very demanding and then it is lucky, that I am a braveheart*. As a braveheart I fight with an openheart, and when the fighting is like playing, it is best.
In that case, we are calling upon our inner healer, recreating ourselves, while we are creating something new in the world, that is how we create our lives in the form of a tale. That is the real art of transformation.

I create courses of personal developement and transformation firstly through art therapy, or as I now like to call it, the playing of art.
I invite your experiences and dreams into the chamber of transformation and together we set these up to play in manyfold ways.
Telling of personal tales, dramatics, activ imagination, eksperiments with sound and tune, and guided meditations enter organically into the progression.
Through dialog and chared reflection all this is weaved together, and you create a new version of the fairytale of your life, which can open new solutions and new happy beginnings for now and for the future.
